New appointments last 60 minutes to include time for a full history, examination as required, and an ultrasound scan if indicated. Review appointments last 30 minutes.NHS patients can of course see Miss Matthews privately but no private treatments are carried out at the Homerton Hospital, in accordance with the hospital trust policy. Any wait for NHS funded investigations or treatments will remain the same if Miss Matthews has seen the patient in her private consulting rooms.
